Mentally, Physically And Emotionally We Are The Same. We Each Have The Potential To Good And Bad And To Be Overcome By Disturbing Emotions Such As Anger, Fear, Hatred, Suspicion And Greed. These Emotions Can Be The Cause Of Many Problems. On The Other Hand If You Cultivate Loving Kindness, Compassion And Concern For Others, There Will Be No Room For Anger, Hatred And Jealousy.

It Is My Fundamental Conviction That Compassion - The Natural Capacity Of The Human Heart To Feel Concern For And Connection With Another Human Being - Constitutes A Basic Aspect Of Our Nature Shared By All Human Beings, As Well As Being The Foundation Of Our Happiness. For A Person Who Cherishes Compassion And Love, The Practice Of Tolerance Is Essential, And For That, And Enemy Is Indispinsable. So We Should Be Grateful To Our Enemies, For It Is They Who Can Best Help Us To Develop A Tranquil Mind.

The Essence Of All Religions Is Love, Compassion, And Tolerance. Kindness Is My True Religion. The Clear Proof Of A Person's Love Of God Is If That Person Genuinely Shows Love To Fellow Human Beings.

Scientists Are Coming To Recognise The Effects Of The Mind On Physical Health. The Sense Of Relaxation Associated With Inner Peace Involves Not Only Being Physically At Ease. If You Are Nagged By Worry Or Seething With Anger, You’re Not Really Relaxed. The Key To Relaxation Is Peace Of Mind. The Relaxation Gained From Alcohol, Drugs Or Just Listening To Music May Seem Attractive, But It Doesn’t Last.

When We Speak Of A Calm State Of Mind Or Peace Of Mind, We Shouldn't Confuse That With An Insensitive State Of Apathy. Having A Calm Or Peaceful State Of Mind Doesn't Mean Being Spaced Out Or Completely Empty. Peace Of Mind Or A Calm State Of Mind Is Rooted In Affection And Compassion And Is Sensitive And Responsive To Others.

For A Practitioner Of Love And Compassion, An Enemy Is One Of The Most Important Teachers. Without An Enemy You Cannot Practice Tolerance, And Without Tolerance You Cannot Build A Sound Basis Of Compassion.

Even More Important Than The Warmth And Affection We Receive, Is The Warmth And Affection We Give. It Is By Giving Warmth And Affection, By Having A Genuine Sense Of Concern For Others, In Other Words Through Compassion, That We Gain The Conditions For Genuine Happiness. More Important Than Being Loved, Therefore, Is To Love.

National And Global Economies Are Subject To Many Ups And Downs, But Through Them All We Can Retain A Compassionate Attitude That Will Carry Us Through.

We Must Openly Accept All Ideologies And Systems As A Means Of Solving Humanity's Problems. One Country, One Nation, One Ideology, One System Is Not Sufficient.

Never Give Up. No Matter What Is Happening, No Matter What Is Going On Around You, Never Give Up.

Your Friend, Your Enemy, Your Neutral All Are Equal. Genuine Compassion Is Unbiased.

Unless The Direction Of Science Is Guided By A Consciously Ethical Motivation, Especially Compassion, Its Effects May Fail To Bring Benefit. They May Indeed Cause Great Harm.

If The Work Is Worthwhile, Then Whether We Can Complete It Or Not, It's Worth Making The Attempt. That's Why Courage Is Important.

If You Are Showing Love To Your Fellow Human Beings, You Are Showing Love To Your God.

Therefore We Have To Make Effort Through Well Through Every Corner, Media People, Education Sort Of Institution, And Family, Parents, Everywhere. It Is Our Common Goal, Common Interest Promote More Compassion Toward The World.

There Are Differences Between Us. But It Doesn't Make Sense To Emphasize That, Because My Future And Yours Is Connected With Everyone Else's. It Reminds Us There Is Little To Be Gained From Being Kind And Generous While Hoping To Win Something In Return. Actions Motivated By A Desire To Earn A Good Name For Ourselves Are Still Selfish, Even If They Appear To Be Acts Of Kindness.

Today, Due To The Massive Chinese Population Transfer, The Nation Of Tibet Truly Faces The Threat Of Extinction, Along With Its Unique Cultural Heritage Of Buddhist Spirituality.

I Don't Know Whether The Universe, With Its Countless Galaxies, Stars And Planets, Has A Deeper Meaning Or Not, But At The Very Least, It Is Clear That We Humans Who Live On This Earth Face The Task Of Making A Happy Life For Ourselves. Therefore, It Is Important To Discover What Will Bring About The Greatest Degree Of Happiness.

To Foster Inner Awareness, Introspection, And Reasoning Is More Efficient Than Meditation And Prayer.

No Matter What Activity Or Practice We Are Pursuing, There Isn't Anything That Isn't Made Easier Through Constant Familiarity And Training (i Think You Can Apply This To Soccer As Well)

I Love Smiles. That Is A Fact. How To Develop Smiles? There Are A Variety Of Smiles. Some Smiles Are Sarcastic. Some Smiles Are Artificial-diplomatic Smiles. These Smiles Do Not Produce Satisfaction, But Rather Fear Or Suspicion. But A Genuine Smile Gives Us Hope, Freshness. If We Want A Genuine Smile, Then First We Must Produce The Basis For A Smile To Come.

If You Lose Your Temper, Your Sound Sleep Will Go, And You Will Have To Use A Tranquilizer Or Sleeping Pills? Then Gradually, More White Hair, Wrinkles.

Because Of Lack Of Moral Principle, Human Life Becomes Worthless. Moral Principle, Truthfulness, Is A Key Factor. If We Lose That, Then There Is No Future.

In A Free Country, America, Or India, And Japan, And Many Places, Democracy Country, Free Country, But Still Within The Sort Of Rule Of Law, Some Injustice, Some Sort Of Problems, Some Discrimination, And Also Some Sort Of Scandals Or The Corruptions. These Things, You See, They Are Always In My Mind, I Think Many People Agree, Lack Of Moral Principle.

‎in Today's Materialistic World There Is A Risk Of People Becoming Slaves To Money, As Though They Were Simply Cogs In A Huge Money-making Machine. This Does Nothing For Human Dignity, Freedom, And Genuine Well-being. Wealth Should Serve Humanity, And Not The Other Way Around.

One Of The Most Effective Ways To Overcome Anxiety Is To Try To Shift The Focus Of Attention Away From Self And Toward Others.

A Mind That Is Characterized By Unrest Will Not Be Tranquil Even In The Presence Of Great Calm.

Killing Animals For Sport, For Pleasure, For Adventure, And For Hides And Furs Is A Phenomena Which Is At Once Disgusting And Distressing. There Is No Justification In Indulging Is Such Acts Of Brutality.

If Each Of Us Can Learn To Relate To Each Other More Out Of Compassion, With A Sense Of Connection To Each Other And A Deep Recognition Of Our Common Humanity, And More Important, To Teach This To Our Children, I Believe That This Can Go A Long Way In Reducing Many Of The Conflicts And Problems That We See Today.

We Begin From The Recognition That All Beings Cherish Happiness And Do Not Want Suffering. It Then Becomes Both Morally Wrong And Pragmatically Unwise To Pursue Only One's Own Happiness Oblivious To The Feelings And Aspirations Of All Others Who Surround Us As Members Of The Same Human Family. The Wiser Course Is To Think Of Others When Pursuing Our Own Happiness.

Giving Up Attachment To The World Does Not Mean That You Set Yourself Apart From It. Generating A Desire For Others To Be Happy Increases Your Humanity. As You Become Less Attached To The World, You Become More Humane. As The Very Purpose Of Spiritual Practice Is To Help Others, You Must Remain In Society.

When You Engage In Fulfilling The Needs Of Others, Your Own Needs Are Fulfilled As A By-product.

You're Happy When You Help Others Become Happy.

If There Is No Solution To The Problem Then Don't Waste Time Worrying About It. If There Is A Solution To The Problem Then Don't Waste Time Worrying About It.

I Could Justify Violence Only In This Extreme Case, To Save The Last Living Knowledge Of Buddhism Itself.

Scientists Are Discovering That While Anger And Hatred Eat Into Our Immune System, Warm-heartedness And Compassion Are Good For Our Health.

External Causes And Conditions Are Responsible For Certain Of Our Experiences Of Happiness And Suffering. Yet We Find That It Is Principally Our Own Feelings, Our Thoughts And Our Emotions, That Really Determine Whether We Are Going To Suffer Or Be Happy.

If A Person's Basic State Of Mind Is Serene And Calm, Then It Is Possible For This Inner Peace To Overwhelm A Painful Physical Experience. On The Other Hand, If Someone Is Suffering From Depression, Anxiety, Or Any Form Of Emotional Distress, Then Even If He Or She Happens To Be Enjoying Physical Comforts, He Will Not Really Be Able To Experience The Happiness That These Could Bring.

Pursuit Of Happiness

Anger Is The Real Destroyer Of Our Good Human Qualities; An Enemy With A Weapon Cannot Destroy These Qualities, But Anger Can. Anger Is Our Real Enemy.

A Sense Of Concern For Others Gives Our Lives Meaning; It Is The Root Of All Human Happiness

It’s In Our Interest To Take Care Of Others. Self-centrednes S Is Opposed To Basic Human Nature. In Our Own Interest As Human Beings We Need To Pay Attention To Our Inner Values. Sometimes People Think Compassion Is Only Of Help To Others, While We Get No Benefit. This Is A Mistake. When You Concern Yourself With Others, You Naturally Develop A Sense Of Self-confidence . To Help Others Takes Courage And Inner Strength.

Under The Bright Sun, Many Of Us Are Gathered Together With Different Languages, Different Styles Of Dress, Even Different Faiths. However, All Of Us Are The Same In Being Humans, And We All Uniquely Have The Thought Of 'i' And We're All The Same In Wanting Happiness And In Wanting To Avoid Suffering.
