Not Enjoying What Is Happening Right Now Is Living In The Past And Being Only Half Alive. This Leads To Self Pity, Suffering And Tears.

Our Minds Have The Need To Know. When We Dont Know We Make Assumptions - They Make Us Feel Safer Than Not Knowing. And We Are Pretty Much Always Making Assumptions.

If You Hold A Beautiful Flower In Your Hand, You Can Write A Whole Book About It. However, You Are Still Just You Perceiving And Experiencing It From Your Own Point Of View.

Every Prayer Is An Agreement With Yourself.

Love Is Ruthless; It Doesn't Feel Sorry For Anyone, But It Does Have Compassion. Fear Is Full Of Pity; It Feels Sorry For Everyone.

Life Doesn't Need To Be Justified Or Judged.

We Punish Ourselves When We Don't Follow The Rules According To Our Belief System; We Reward Ourselves When We Are The "good Boy" Or "good Girl".

You Are An Artist Of The Spirit Find Yourself And Express Yourself In Your Own Particular Way. Express Your Love Openly. Life Is Nothing But A Dream, And If You Create Your Life With Love, Your Dream Becomes A Masterpiece Of Art.

In The Track Of Fear We Have So Many Conditions, Expectations, And Obligations That We Create A Lot Of Rules Just To Protect Ourselves... When The Truth Is That There Shouldn't Be Any Rules. These Rules Affect The Quality Of The Channels Of Communication Between Us.

Children Are Born Innocent. Before They Are Domesticated They Live In The Moment, Love Without Fear, And Don't Even Think About The Opinions Of Others.

If I Love Myself I Will Express That Love In My Interactions With You, And Then I Am Being Impeccable With The Word, Because That Action Will Produce A Like Reaction. If I Love You, Then You Will Love Me. If I Insult You, You Will Insult Me. If I Have Gratitude For You , You Will Have Gratitude For Me. If I'm Selfish With You, You Will Be Selfish With Me.

My Greatest Joy Is Just To Be Alive!
