We Have A Tendency To Make Assumptions About Everything! The Problem With Making Assumptions Is That We Believe They Are Truth. We Could Swear They Are Real. We Make Assumptions About What Others Are Doing Or Thinking-we Take It Personally-then We Blame Them And React By Sending Emotional Poison In Our Word. That Is Why Whenever We Make Assumptions, We're Asking For Problems. We Make Assumptions, We Misunderstand, We Take It Personally, And We End Up Creating A Whole Big Drama For Nothing.

As A Kid, I Succumbed To Peer Pressure; I Created An Image Of Myself That Was Not True. But That Belief System Ended With The Death Of A Close Friend. It Was Then That I Reached Out For Help From My Father. It Wasn't The Teachings Of The Four Agreements Exactly, It Was Just My Father's Teachings In General. And Because Of This, I Am Grateful To Continue My Family's Legacy. In This Way, I Say "thank You" To My Family And Teachers Before Me.

Death Is Not The Biggest Fear We Have; Our Biggest Fear Is Taking The Risk To Be Alive - The Risk To Be Alive And Express What We Really Are.

Our Life Is So Short That Every Time I See My Children, I Enjoy Them As Much As I Can. Whenever I Can, I Enjoy My Beloved, My Family, My Friends, My Apprentices. But Mainly I Enjoy Myself, Because I Am With Myself All The Time. Why Should I Spend My Precious Time With Myself Judging Myself, Rejecting Myself, Creating Guilt And Shame? Why Should I Push Myself To Be Angry Or Jealous? If I Don't Feel Good Emotionally, I Find Out What Is Causing It And I Fix It. Then I Can Recover My Happiness And Keep Going With My Story.

We Have A Dysfunctional Dream Of The Planet, And Humans Are Mentally Sick With A Disease Called Fear. The Symptoms Of The Disease Are All The Emotions That Make Humans Suffer: Anger, Hate, Sadness, Envy, And Betrayal. When The Fear Is Too Great, The Reasoning Mind Begins To Fail, And We Call This Mental Illness.

We Make The Assumption That Everyone Sees Life The Way We Do. We Assume That Others Think The Way We Think, Feel The Way We Feel, Judge The Way We Judge, And Abuse The Way We Abuse. This Is The Biggest Assumption That Humans Make.

Doing Your Best, You Are Going To Live Your Life Intensely. You Are Going To Be Productive, You Are Going To Be Good To Yourself, Because You Will Be Giving Yourself To Your Family, To Your Community, To Everything. But It Is The Action That Is Going To Make You Feel Intensely Happy. When You Always Do Your Best, You Take Action.

I Can Say, 'well, I'm A Male. I'm A Male Human. I'm A Medical Doctor. I'm An Author...' If I Go To A Religious Point Of View, I Will Say, 'i Am A Soul. I Am A Spirit.' If I Go Into Science, I Will Say, 'i Am Energy. I Am Light.' But The Truth Is I Have No Idea What I Am.

Everything That Is True Is Authentic. When We Were Born, We Did Not Have Knowledge. As Soon As We Have Language, We Learn To Describe Everything Through That Language And We Learn To Be Like Our Family, Our Parents, Those At School, Etc.

The Word Is A Force You Cannot See, But You Can See The Manifestation Of That Force, The Expression Of The Word, Which Is Your Own Life.

Being Impeccable With Your Word Is Not Using The Word Against Yourself.

Whatever You Perceive, You Always Make A Story With Yourself As The Main Character, And That Dictates Your Life. Then When You Read 'the Four Agreements', You Hear Another Voice Beneath The Story, The Voice That Comes From Your Integrity, Your Spirit.

When We Fulfill Any Need Of The Human Body, It Gives Us Pleasure. To Breathe Gives Us Much Pleasure.

When We Try To Describe The Truth With Words, We Distort It And It's No Longer Truth--it's Our Story. The Story May Be True For Us, But That Doesn't Mean It's True For Anyone Else.

Say The Prayer First Thing In The Morning When You Open Your Eyes; Then Say It Again Before You Go To Sleep. Dream The Prayer. Feel The Prayer With Your Emotional Body. Be The Prayer; Align Your Faith And Intent With The Prayer Until Your Whole Life Is Based On This Prayer.

The Way You React Has Been Repeated Thousands Of Times, And It Has Become A Routine For You. You Are Conditioned To Be A Certain Way. And That Is The Challenge: To Change Your Normal Reactions, To Change Your Routine, To Take A Risk And Make Different Choices.

Be Skeptical, But Learn To Listen.

"don't Believe Me, Don't Believe Yourself, And Don't Believe Anybody Else." Don't Believe Me, Because What I Say Is Only Truth For Me. Don't Believe Yourself, Because Most Of The Time What You Tell Yourself Is Only Truth For You - Especially When You Tell Yourself That You're Not Good Enough, You're Not Intelligent Enough, You're Not Beautiful Enough - When You Reject Yourself Before Anybody Else Can Reject You. And Don't Believe Anybody Else, Because What They Say Is Only Truth For Them.

Don't Take Anything Personally. Even When A Situation Seems So Personal, Even If Others Insult You Directly, It Has Nothing To Do With You. Their Point Of View And Opinion Come From All The Programming They Received Growing Up. When You Take Things Personally, You Feel Offended And Your Reaction Is To Defend Your Beliefs And Create Conflict. You Make Something Big Out Of Something So Little Because You Have The Need To Be Right And Make Everybody Else Wrong.

Just Being Ourselves Is The Biggest Fear Of Humans. We Have Learned To Live Our Life Trying To Satisfy Other People's Demands. We Have Learned To Live By Other People's Points Of View Because Of The Fear Of Not Being Accepted And Of Not Being Good Enough For Someone Else.

You Know That If You Lie To Yourself, Surely Other People Lie To Themselves. And If They Lie To Themselves, They Will Lie To You Also.

The Big Difference Between A Warrior And A Victim Is That The Victim Represses And The Warrior Refrains. Victims Repress Because They Are Afraid To Show The Emotions, Afraid To Say What They Want To Say. To Refrain Is Not The Same Thing As Repression. We Never Stop To Consider That Our Beliefs Are Only A Relative Truth That’s Always Going To Be Distorted By All The Knowledge We Have Stored In Our Memory.

Suffering And Drama Begin When You Lie To Yourself, Even If You Don't Realize You Are Lying.

Always Do Your Best. Your Best Is Going To Change From Moment To Moment; It Will Be Different When You Are Healthy As Opposed To Sick. Under Any Circumstance, Simply Do Your Best, And You Will Avoid Self-judgment, Self-abuse And Regret.

Respect Is One Of The Greatest Expressions Of Love. If Other People Try To Write Your Story, It Means They Don't Respect You. They Consider That You're Not A Good Artist Who Can Write Your Own Story, Even Though You Were Born To Write Your Own Story.

Love Is Ruthless; It Doesn't Feel Sorry For Anyone, But It Does Have Compassion. Fear Is Full Of Pity; It Feels Sorry For Everyone.

Humans Hardly Know What They Want, How They Want It, Or When They Want It.

The Fear Of Not Getting The Reward Becomes The Fear Of Rejection. The Fear Of Not Being Good Enough... Is What Makes Us Try To Change, What Makes Us Create An Image.

If Others Tell Us Something We Make Assumptions, And If They Don't Tell Us Something We Make Assumptions To Fulfill Our Need To Know And To Replace The Need To Communicate. Even If We Hear Something And We Don't Understand We Make Assumptions About What It Means And Then Believe The Assumptions. We Make All Sorts Of Assumptions Because We Don't Have The Courage To Ask Questions.

Every Prayer Is An Agreement With Yourself.

What Makes Me The Happiest Are The Times I Get Together With My Family, Those Times When I Am With My Children, Grandchildren, My Brothers And Sisters And My Very Close Friends, As Well As When I Am With My Extended Family In Each One Of My Lectures And Power Journeys. My Greatest Joy Is Just To Be Alive!

Forgiveness Is An Act Of Self-love And Respect.

Everyone Talks About Freedom. All Around The World Different People, Different Races, Different Countries Are Fighting For Freedom. But What Is Freedom? In America We Speak Of Living In A Free Country. But Are We Really Free? Are We Free To Be Who We Really Are? The Answer Is No, We Are Not Free. True Freedom Has To Do With The Human Spirit-it Is Freedom To Be Who We Really Are. Who Stops Us From Being Free? Awareness Is Something That Is Very Important. And You Say That It Looks Impossible To Become What We Really Are, To Be Authentic, To Be Ourselves Again. But I Will Tell You That It Is Much More Difficult To Try To Be What We Are Not.
