Victims Repress Because They Are Afraid To Show The Emotions, Afraid To Say What They Want To Say. To Refrain Is Not The Same Thing As Repression. To Refrain Is To Hold The Emotions And To Express Them In The Right Moment, Not Before, Not Later. That Is Why Warriors Are Impeccable.

If Others Tell Us Something We Make Assumptions, And If They Don't Tell Us Something We Make Assumptions To Fulfill Our Need To Know And To Replace The Need To Communicate. Even If We Hear Something And We Don't Understand We Make Assumptions About What It Means And Then Believe The Assumptions. We Make All Sorts Of Assumptions Because We Don't Have The Courage To Ask Questions.

Humans Believe So Many Lies Because We Aren’t Aware. We Ignore The Truth Or We Just Don’t See The Truth. When We Are Educated, We Accumulate A Lot Of Knowledge, And All That Knowledge Is Just Like A Wall Of Fog That Doesn’t Allow Us To Perceive The Truth, What Really Is.

When We Really See Other People As They Are Without Taking It Personally, We Can Never Be Hurt By What They Say Or Do.

Action Is About Living Fully. Inaction Is The Way That We Deny Life. Inaction Is Sitting In Front Of The Television Every Day For Years Becuase You Are Afraid To Be Alive And To Take The Risk Of Expressing What You Are. Expressing What You Are Is Taking Action.

Say The Prayer First Thing In The Morning When You Open Your Eyes; Then Say It Again Before You Go To Sleep. Dream The Prayer. Feel The Prayer With Your Emotional Body. Be The Prayer; Align Your Faith And Intent With The Prayer Until Your Whole Life Is Based On This Prayer.

If You Always Do Your Best There Is No Way You Can Judge Yourself.
