Humans Punish Themselves Endlessly For Not Being What They Believe They Should Be. We Have The Need To Be Accepted And To Be Loved By Others, But We Cannot Accept And Love Ourselves.

Forgive Yourself. The Supreme Act Of Forgiveness Is When You Can Forgive Yourself For All The Wounds You've Created In Your Own Life. Forgiveness Is An Act Of Self-love. When You Forgive Yourself, Self-acceptance Begins And Self-love Grows.

Happiness Begins With Impeccability Of The Word. The Way To Measure The Impeccability Of My Word Is To Ask, "am I Happy Or Am I Suffering?" If I'm Suffering, Then I'm Not Being Impeccable With My Word.

When We Respect Everybody Around Us, We Are In Peace With Everybody Around Us.

We Would No Longer Be Selfish, Gossiping Would Be Over, And We Would No Longer Judge One Another. The World Would Become A Place Where All Of Us Live In Love.

Life Is Like Dancing. If We Have A Big Floor, Many People Will Dance. Some Will Get Angry When The Rhythm Changes. But Life Is Changing All The Time.

There Is Really No Reason To Suffer. The Only Reason You Suffer Is Because You Choose To Suffer. If You Look At Your Life You Will Find Many Excuses To Suffer, But A Good Reason To Suffer You Will Not Find. The Same Is True For Happiness. The Only Reason You Are Happy Is Because You Choose To Be Happy. Happiness Is A Choice, And So Is Suffering.

There Are Many Ways That We Hurt Ourselves When We Don't Like Who We Are.

All Of The Sadness And Drama You Have Lived In Your Life Was Rooted In The Making Of Assumptions And Taking Things Personally. The Whole World Of Control Between Humans Is Based On That.

There Is A Huge Amount Of Freedom That Comes To You When You Take Nothing Personally.

We Are Creators, Just Like The One Who Created Us. And We Are Always Expressing Our Creativity, With Or Without Awareness.

Life Brings You Exactly What You Need.

When You Look In The Mirror And Hate What You See, You Need Addictions To Survive.

Life Is Very, Very Simple And Easy To Understand, But We Complicate It With The Beliefs And Ideas That We Create.

Humans Punish Themselves Endlessly For Not Being What They Believe They Should Be. They Become Very Self-abusive, And They Use Other People To Abuse Themselves As Well.

I No Longer Agree To Treat Myself With Disrespect. Every Time A Self-critical Thought Comes To Mind, I Will Forgive The Judge And Follow This Comment With Words Of Praise, Self-acceptance, And Love.

All Humans Are Storytellers With Their Own Unique Point Of View. When We Understand This, We No Longer Feel The Need To Impose Our Story On Others Or To Defend What We Believe. Instead We See All Of Us As Artists With The Right To Create Our Own Art.

Everything That Is True Is Authentic. When We Were Born, We Did Not Have Knowledge. As Soon As We Have Language, We Learn To Describe Everything Through That Language And We Learn To Be Like Our Family, Our Parents, Those At School, Etc.

Perhaps You're Not Finished With Your Story, And Who Knows If You'll Ever Finish It Or Not. Honestly, It's Not That Important.

Don't Make Assumptions.

Let's Enjoy This World. Let's Enjoy One Another. We Are Meant To Love One Another, Not To Hate One Another.

The Freedom We Are Looking For Is The Freedom To Be Ourselves, To Express Ourselves. But If We Look At Our Lives We Will See That Most Of The Time We Do Things Just To Please Others ... The Worst Part Is That Most Of Us Are Not Even Aware That We Are Not Free.

Looking For Love

Just Being Ourselves Is The Biggest Fear Of Humans. We Have Learned To Live Our Life Trying To Satisfy Other People's Demands. We Have Learned To Live By Other People's Points Of View Because Of The Fear Of Not Being Accepted And Of Not Being Good Enough For Someone Else.

We Are So Well Trained That We Are Our Own Domesticator. We Are An Autodomesticated Animal. We Can Now Domesticate Ourselves According To The Same Belief System We Were Given, And Using The Same System Of Punishment And Reward. We Punish Ourselves When We Don't Follow The Rules According To Our Belief System; We Reward Ourselves When We Are The "good Boy" Or "good Girl".

Always Do Your Best. Your Best Is Going To Change From Moment To Moment; It Will Be Different When You Are Healthy As Opposed To Sick. Under Any Circumstance, Simply Do Your Best, And You Will Avoid Self-judgment, Self-abuse And Regret.

And What Is The Right Woman, The Right Man? Someone Who Wants To Go In The Same Direction As You Do, Someone Who Is Compatible With Your Views And Your Values-- Emotionally, Physically, Economically, Spiritually.

What Makes Me The Happiest Are The Times I Get Together With My Family, Those Times When I Am With My Children, Grandchildren, My Brothers And Sisters And My Very Close Friends, As Well As When I Am With My Extended Family In Each One Of My Lectures And Power Journeys. My Greatest Joy Is Just To Be Alive!

Gossiping Has Become The Main Form Of Communication In Human Society. It Has Become The Way We Feel Close To Each Other, Because It Makes Us Feel Better To See Someone Else Feel As Badly As We Do. There Is An Old Expression That Says, 'misery Likes Company,' And People Who Are Suffering In Hell Don't Want To Be All Alone.

We Want To Know. If We Don't Know, We Don't Feel Safe, We Don't Feel Secure.

Forgiveness Is An Act Of Self-love And Respect.

"don't Believe Me, Don't Believe Yourself, And Don't Believe Anybody Else." Don't Believe Me, Because What I Say Is Only Truth For Me. Don't Believe Yourself, Because Most Of The Time What You Tell Yourself Is Only Truth For You - Especially When You Tell Yourself That You're Not Good Enough, You're Not Intelligent Enough, You're Not Beautiful Enough - When You Reject Yourself Before Anybody Else Can Reject You. And Don't Believe Anybody Else, Because What They Say Is Only Truth For Them.
