True Justice Is To Pay One Time For Every Mistake We Make.

Doubt Is A Powerful Tool. Doubt Challenges My Beliefs And Breaks The Spell Of All The Lies And Superstitions That Control My World. I Use Doubt To Recover Faith In Myself, To Take My Power Back From Every Superstition I Believe In, And Return That Power To Myself.

I Live Every Day Full Of Gratitude For The Body In Which I Live, Treating It With Great Love And Respect. It Allows Me To Enjoy Life, Experiencing Everything That I Perceive, Exploring The Events That Hook My Attention, Modifying What I Can Change, And Letting Go Of Whatever I Cannot.

When We Fulfill Any Need Of The Human Body, It Gives Us Pleasure. To Breathe Gives Us Much Pleasure.

We Search For Everything We Believe We Don't Have, Not Knowing That Everything We Are Looking For Is Already Inside Us. We Are Born With It.

We Have A Tendency To Make Assumptions About Everything! The Problem With Making Assumptions Is That We Believe They Are Truth. We Could Swear They Are Real. We Make Assumptions About What Others Are Doing Or Thinking-we Take It Personally-then We Blame Them And React By Sending Emotional Poison In Our Word. That Is Why Whenever We Make Assumptions, We're Asking For Problems. We Make Assumptions, We Misunderstand, We Take It Personally, And We End Up Creating A Whole Big Drama For Nothing.

Being Impeccable With Your Word Is Not Using The Word Against Yourself.

You Can Recover The Truth Of What You Really Are. When You Finally See Yourself As You Are, When You Finally Take Responsibility For Your Creation, You Will Cleanse The Lies From Your Own Creation.

Wherever You Go You Will Find People Lying To You, And As Your Awareness Grows, You Will Notice That You Also Lie To Yourself. Do Not Expect People To Tell You The Truth Because They Also Lie To Themselves. You Have To Trust Yourself And Choose To Believe Or Not To Believe What Someone Says To You.

Everything That Is True Is Authentic. When We Were Born, We Did Not Have Knowledge. As Soon As We Have Language, We Learn To Describe Everything Through That Language And We Learn To Be Like Our Family, Our Parents, Those At School, Etc.

Humans Punish Themselves Endlessly For Not Being What They Believe They Should Be. They Become Very Self-abusive, And They Use Other People To Abuse Themselves As Well.

Attention Is The Ability We Have To Discriminate And To Focus Only On That Which We Want To Perceive.

Everything That Is True Is Authentic.

Respect Is One Of The Greatest Expressions Of Love. If Other People Try To Write Your Story, It Means They Don't Respect You. They Consider That You're Not A Good Artist Who Can Write Your Own Story, Even Though You Were Born To Write Your Own Story.

Forgive Yourself. The Supreme Act Of Forgiveness Is When You Can Forgive Yourself For All The Wounds You've Created In Your Own Life. Forgiveness Is An Act Of Self-love. When You Forgive Yourself, Self-acceptance Begins And Self-love Grows.

Always Do Your Best. Your Best Is Going To Change From Moment To Moment; It Will Be Different When You Are Healthy As Opposed To Sick. Under Any Circumstance, Simply Do Your Best, And You Will Avoid Self-judgment, Self-abuse And Regret.
