Meditation Is Not An Escape. Meditation Is The Acceptance Of Life In Its Totality, With A View To Transforming It For The Highest Manifestation Of The Divine Truth Here On Earth

Here Wisdom Means Light, Illumining Light, Transforming Light. That Which Illumines Our Unlit Consciousness Is Wisdom. I Take Exercise For Each Part Of The Body: Arms, Legs, Back And Whatever Muscles Are Required To Keep The Body Fit. I Do At Least 20 Different Exercises Daily For My Upper And Lower Body. Then I Come Here Every Morning To Do Calf Raises And Play Tennis. If There Is Time In The Afternoon, I Play Tennis Again. At Least Three Hours I Spend On Weightlifting And Bodybuilding.

I'm Not A Weight Lifter. I'm A Seeker. Weight Lifting Is So Insignificant In My Life.

Hope Abides; Therefore I Abide. Countless Frustrations Have Not Cowed Me. I Am Still Alive, Vibrant With Life. The Black Cloud Will Disappear, The Morning Sun Will Appear Once Again In All Its Supernal Glory.

An Unaspiring Person Believes According To What He Achieves. An Aspiring Person Achieves According To What He Believes.

In The Deepest Depths, At The Bottom Of The Sea Is All Tranquility. So When You Start Meditating, Try To Feel Your Own Inner Existence First. That Is To Say, The Bottom Of The Sea: Calm And Quiet. Feel That Your Whole Being Is Surcharged With Peace And Tranquility.

The Human Mind Is Utterly Stupid When It Carries, Quite Willingly, The Heavy Burden Of Resentment.

My Heart's Gratitude Is My Life's Plenitude.

The Moment We Use The Term 'help', A Kind Of Egocentric Idea Enters Into Us. If We Help Someone, That Means We Are In A Superior Position. When We Help, We Feel That We Are One Step Ahead Or One Step Higher Than The Ones That We Are Helping. But If We Serve Someone, Then We Offer Our Capacity With Humility, On The Strength Of Our Loving Concern And Oneness. So Let Us Use The Proper Term, 'service'.

Man-made Religions Find Fault With One Another, Whereas God-made Religion Is Eternally A Oneness-song - God-manifestation Through Human Aspiration On Earth.

When You Drive, You Are Doing Several Things At Once. You Are Using Your Eyes, Ears, Hands, Your Mind. If You Have Meditated For Many Years And Have Reached A Lofty Height In Your Meditation, As I Have, You Can Meditate While Running And Cycling And Painting.
