When A Fly Comes To Land On Your Arm, You Don't Allow The Fly To Remain; You Just Wave Your Hand And It Goes Away.

Peace Is Something That We Become. Once We Become Peace, Then Only Can We Give Peace To The World And Receive Peace From The World.

We Have Two Main Instruments: The Mind And The Heart. The Mind Finds It Difficult To Be Happy, Precisely Because The Mind Consciously Enjoys The Sense Of Separativity. The Greatest Misfortune That Can Come To A Human Being Is To Lose His Inner Peace. No Outer Force Can Rob Him Of It. It Is His Own Thoughts, His Own Actions, That Rob Him Of It.

A Sincere Seeker Knows What His Goal Is: The Highest Truth. He Will Not Delay His Journey. In Spiritual Life, We Aspire For The Highest Truth, For God, Nothing Else.

I Take Exercise For Each Part Of The Body: Arms, Legs, Back And Whatever Muscles Are Required To Keep The Body Fit. I Do At Least 20 Different Exercises Daily For My Upper And Lower Body. Then I Come Here Every Morning To Do Calf Raises And Play Tennis. If There Is Time In The Afternoon, I Play Tennis Again. At Least Three Hours I Spend On Weightlifting And Bodybuilding.

World Peace Can Blossom Throughout The Length And Breadth Of The World Only When The World-peace-dreamers, World-peace-lovers And World-peace-servers Desperately, Sleeplessly And Breathlessly Long For The Full Manifestation Of Peace Here On Earth.

Doubt Is An Old Disease. Faith Is An Old Medicine. Compassion Is An Old Doctor. Concern Is An Old Nurse.

The Whole World Is Looking For Miracles. Every Day It Is Dying To See Miracles. But Can There Be Any Miracle More Challenging, More Illumining And More Fulfilling Than To See And Feel The Infinite Beauty Of My Beloved Supreme Inside This Tinier Than The Tiniest Gratitude-heart Of Mine?

Your Heart Will Be Shattered By Sorrow If You Force It To Live In Tomorrow's Ephemeral Imagination-world Instead Of In Today's Eternal Reality-now.

How Do We Meditate Silently? Just By Not Talking, Just By Not Using Outer Words, We Are Not Doing Silent Meditation. Silent Meditation Is Totally Different. When We Start Meditating In Silence, Right From The Beginning We Feel The Bottom Of A Sea Within Us And Without. The Life Of Activity Movement And Restlessness Is On The Surface, But Deep Below, Underneath Our Human Life, There Is Poise And Silence. So, Either We Shall Imagine This Sea Of Silence Within Us Or We Shall Feel That We Are Nothing But A Sea Of Poise Itself.

Real Meditation Is Not Done By Us. It Is Done By Our Inner Pilot, The Supreme, Who Is Constantly Meditating In And Through Us. We Are Just The Vessel, And We Are Allowing Him To Fill Us With His Whole Consciousness.

Hope Knows No Fear. Hope Dares To Blossom Even Inside The Abysmal Abyss. Hope Secretly Feeds And Strengthens Promise.

Do Not Try To Entrap Others With Your Haughty Knowledge. To Your Wide Surprise, They Will Entrap You With Their Lengthy Ignorance.

To Hope Is To Feel The Presence Of The Inner Sun. The Inner Sun Is; The Outer Sun Becomes.

The Entire World May Not Change. The Entire World Cannot Change. The Entire World Even Will Not Change. But Your Tiny World You Can And Will Change Forever At This Very Moment With The Help Of Your Confidence-heart. Yours Will Be The Unparalleled Victory.

Offer Your Gratitude To God. Then You Will Feel That Inside You A Sweet, Fragrant And Beautiful Flower Is Growing. That Is The Flower Of Humility.

If We Live In Our Oneness-heart, We Will Feel The Essence Of All Religions Which Is The Love Of God. Forgiveness, Compassion, Tolerance, Brotherhood And The Feeling Of Oneness Are The Signs Of A True Religion.

What Does Peace Do? Peace Blossoms. What Else? Peace Spreads. What Else? Peace Illumines. What Else? Peace Fulfils.
