How Do We Meditate Silently? Just By Not Talking, Just By Not Using Outer Words, We Are Not Doing Silent Meditation. Silent Meditation Is Totally Different. When We Start Meditating In Silence, Right From The Beginning We Feel The Bottom Of A Sea Within Us And Without. The Life Of Activity Movement And Restlessness Is On The Surface, But Deep Below, Underneath Our Human Life, There Is Poise And Silence. So, Either We Shall Imagine This Sea Of Silence Within Us Or We Shall Feel That We Are Nothing But A Sea Of Poise Itself.

Whether You Accept Or Reject It, God's Love For You Is Permanent.

Let Us Not Try To Understand Music With Our Mind. Let Us Not Even Try To Feel It With Our Heart. Let Us Simply And Spontaneously Allow The Music-bird To Fly In Our Heart-sky. While Flying, It Will Unconditionally Reveal To Us What It Has And What It Is. What It Has, Is Immortality's Message. What It Is, Is Eternity's Passage.

If We Can Feel That It Is Not Our Voice, Not Our Fingers, But Some Reality Deep Inside Our Heart Which Is Expressing Itself, Then We Will Know That It Is The Soul’s Music.

The Human Mind Is Utterly Stupid When It Carries, Quite Willingly, The Heavy Burden Of Resentment.

Life And Sports Cannot Be Separated; They Are One.

No Mind, No Form, I Only Exist; Now Ceased All Will And Thought; The Final End Of [nature]]'s Dance, I Am It Whom I Have Sought.

Let Us Not Worry About The Future. Let Us Only Do The Right Thing Today, At This Moment, Here And Now. Let The Future Take Care Of Itself.

He Who Loves, Never Grows Old. God It A Shining Example.

Try Not To Change The World. You Will Fail. Try To Love The World. Lo, The World Is Changed. Changed Forever.

Through Concentration We Become One-pointed And Through Meditation We Expand Our Consciousness Into The Vast. But In Contemplation We Grow Into The Vast Itself. We Have Seen The Truth. We Have Felt The Truth. But The Most Important Thing Is To Grow Into The Truth And Become Totally One With The Truth. If We Are Concentrating On God, We May Feel God Right In Front Of Us Or Besides Us. When We Are Meditating, We Are Bound To Feel Infinity, Eternity, Immortality Within Us. But When We Are Contemplating, We Will See That We Ourselves Are Infinity, Eternity, Immortality.

Arise, Awake! This Path Is Arduous. So We Learn From The Wise, And We Have To Follow In The Footsteps Of The Wise. The Path Of Spirituality Is Not A Bed Of Roses. But Neither Is It A Chimerical Mist. The Golden Shores Of The Beyond Are Not A Mere Promise. The Crown Of Human Aspiration Is Bound To Be Fulfilled On The Golden Shores Of The Beyond.

One Positive Seed-thought Has Saved Me, My Entire Life: My Lord Supreme Will Always Love Me No Matter What I Do Or What I Say Or Even What I Become.

When You Really Have Something To Offer To The World, Then You Can Become Truly Humble. A Tree When It Has No Fruit To Offer, Remains Erect. But When The Tree Is Laden With Fruit, It Bends Down. If You Are All Pride And Ego, Then Nobody Will Be Able To Get Anything Worthwhile From You. When You Have Genuine Humility, It Is A Sign That You Have Something To Offer To Mankind.

Do Not Cherish Suffering. Don't Act Like A Fool. Don't Think That Your Suffering Is Going To Accelerate Your Spiritual Progress.

The Whole World Is Looking For Miracles. Every Day It Is Dying To See Miracles. But Can There Be Any Miracle More Challenging, More Illumining And More Fulfilling Than To See And Feel The Infinite Beauty Of My Beloved Supreme Inside This Tinier Than The Tiniest Gratitude-heart Of Mine?

In Most Cases If There Is A Beautiful Flower, The Fragrance Will Be There Naturally. The Flower And Its Fragrance Cannot Be Separated.

The Fulfilment Of Life Is In The Making And Manifesting Of Impossible Dreams.

Love Is Not A Thing To Understand. Love Is Not A Thing To Feel. Love Is Not A Thing To Give And Receive. Love Is A Thing Only To Become And Eternally Be.

Meditation Tells You Only One Thing: God Is. Meditation Reveals To You Only One Truth: Yours Is The Vision Of God.

My Lord Does Not Want To Know What I Have Done For Him. He Just Wants To Know How I Am. If He Hears From Me That I Am Happy, Then He Himself Becomes Exceedingly Happy. In Umistakable Terms He Tells Me That My Happiness Is His Real And Only Satisfaction.

Do You Want To Make Progress? If So, Then Take Each Problem Not As A Challenging Rival, But As An Encouraging Friend Of Yours, Who Is Helping You To Arrive At Your Ultimate Destination.

Not One But Twenty-four Self-giving-hours Every Day I Have For My Use.

What You Do Not Use Yourself, Do Not Give To Others. For Example, Advice.

My Heart's Gratitude Is My Life's Plenitude.
