Before The Final Curtain Goes Down On My Life, I Shall Say To My Mother-earth, "my Gratitude-heart Is All For You, All For You."

Those Who Run After Happiness Will Never Be Happy. Happiness Is Something That Has To Come To The Fore From Within.

Sacrifice Does Not Mean That, By Giving, We Lose Something. We Sacrifice Our Limited Self To Our Highest And Largest Self, And At That Time We Immediately Become The Largest And The Highest Self.

Our Human Nature Likes More To Destroy Than To Build, More To Cry Than To Smile, And More To Correct The World Than To Love And Embrace The World.

When You Meditate You Have To Try To Quiet And Calm The Mind. There Should Be No Thought Within The Mind. Right Now You Feel That If You Can Cherish Twenty Ideas At A Time, Then You Are The Wisest Man On Earth. The More Thoughts That Enter Into Our Minds, The More Clever We Feel We Are. But In The Spiritual Life It Is Not Like That. If Consciously We Can Make The Mind Calm And Quiet, We Feel That A New Creation Dawns Inside Us.

What Is Joy? It Is A Bird That We All Want To Catch. It Is The Same Bird That We All Love To See Flying.

An Unaspiring Person Always Complaints. There Is No End To His Complaints. He Bitterly Complains Even When The Blessings Of Opportunity Knock At His Very Door.

A Spiritual Man Should Be A Normal Man, A Sound Man. God Himself Is Normal; He Is Not Insane. In Order To Reach God, A Spiritual Person Has To Be Divinely Practical In His Day-to-day Activities. Spirituality Does Not Negate The Outer Life. But We Have To Know That The Outer Life Does Not Mean The Animal Life. The Outer Life Should Be The Manifestation Of The Divine Life Within Us.

What I Wish To Show By These Feats Of Strength Is That Prayer And Meditation Can Definitely Increase One's Outer Capacities. I Hope That By Doing This I Will Be Able To Inspire Many People To Pray And Meditate Sincerely As Part Of Their Regular Daily Routine. My Message Is That If One Needs Strength, Then Uncovering One's Inner Strength Through Prayer And Meditation Is The Fastest And Most Effective Way To Get It.

Prayer And Meditation Are My Inner Secret And My Outer Secret. My Muscles Are Next To Nothing Compared To The Muscles Of The Professional Bodybuilders And Weightlifters. It Is Because Of The Strength Of My Prayer-life And Meditation-life That I Am Able To Accomplish These Feats Of Strength.

Not One But Twenty-four Self-giving-hours Every Day I Have For My Use.

Meditation Is The Only Way To Overcome Fear. There Is No Other Way. Why Does Meditation Help Us Overcome Fear? In Meditation We Identify Ourselves With The Vast, With The Absolute. When We Are Afraid Of Someone Or Something, It Is Because We Do Not Feel That Particular Person Or Thing Is A Part Of Us. When We Have Established Conscious Oneness With The Absolute, With The Infinite Vast, The Everything There Is Part Of Us. And How Can We Be Afraid Of Ourselves?

It Is Not Human Nature To Enjoy What We Get With No Effort.

Say I Have Set My Goal At 300 Pounds, And I Cannot Do It. The Very Fact That I Have Been Devotedly Practising And Practising Gives Me Joy, And The Tenacity Or Perseverance That I Am Showing Is Itself Progress. Anything That We Do Devotedly And Soulfully Helps Us Make Progress.

True, This World Of Ours Is Full Of Hatred And Disbelief, But That Is No Reason Why We Should Not Love And Why We Should Not Believe. We Must Love And Believe In Order To Empty The Hatred-sea.

Hope Is Not Mere Wishful Thinking. It Is The Precursor Of A New Dawn That Slowly, Steadily And Unerringly Comes To The Fore And Eventually Grows Into Reality's Existence.

To Be True To Oneself Is The Hardest Test Of Life.

The Difficulty Is That We Try To Perfect Others Before We Perfect Ourselves.

Be Kind, Be All Sympathy, For Each And Every Human Being Is Forced To Fight Against Himself.

What Do We Mean By The Word 'wisdom'? Usually We Mean Something Superior To Knowledge, Something Deeper. In The Spiritual World, The Word 'wisdom' Is Not Used In That Way. Here Wisdom Means Light, Illumining Light, Transforming Light. That Which Illumines Our Unlit Consciousness Is Wisdom. That Which Transforms The Finite Consciousness Into The Infinite Consciousness Is Called Wisdom.

Ignorance Is An Enemy, Even To Its Owner. Knowledge Is A Friend, Even To Its Hater. Ignorance Hates Knowledge Because It Is Too Pure. Knowledge Fears Ignorance Because It Is Too Sure.

Peace Does Not Mean The Absence Of War, Peace Means The Presence Of Harmony, Love, Satisfaction And Oneness. Peace Means A Flood Of Love In The World Family.

Man Can Be Happy And Safe Only When The Heart Feels Faster Than The Mind Thinks.

When Your Love Is Pure Or Spiritual, There Is No Demand, No Expectation. There Is Only The Sweetest Feeling Of Spontaneous Oneness With The Human Being Or Beings Concerned.

How Can I Have Peace? Not By Talking About Peace, But By Walking Along The Road Of Peace.

You Must Direct Your Full, Intense Concentration On The Heart. You Must Feel That You Are Not The Mind. You Have To Feel That You Are Growing Into The Heart. You Are Only The Heart And Nothing Else.

War Forgets Peace. Peace Forgives War. War Is The Death Of The Life Human. Peace Is The Birth Of The Life Divine. Our Vital Passions Want War. Our Psychic Emotions Desire Peace.

Peace Is Something That We Become. Once We Become Peace, Then Only Can We Give Peace To The World And Receive Peace From The World.

To Conquer The Egois To Gainboundless Freedom.

I Take The Greatest Lesson From Compassion - It Takes Away All The Conceit Out Of My Life.

I Am Not Even Six Feet Tall. Yet I Am Praying To The Absolute Supreme To Reach His Infinite Height, Which Is Far Beyond Even My Imagination's Flight. For Me To Long To Grow Into That Height - Is This Not A Miracle? I Am Mortal. My Thoughts, My Deeds, My Experiences - Everything That I Have And Everything That I Am - Represent Mortality. Yet Despite Everything That I Have And Everything That I Am, I Am Longing For Immortality. Is This Not A Miracle?

And In Self-giving We Become Really Happy. Real Humility Is The Expansion Of Our Consciousness And Our Service.
