How Do We Meditate Silently? Just By Not Talking, Just By Not Using Outer Words, We Are Not Doing Silent Meditation. Silent Meditation Is Totally Different. When We Start Meditating In Silence, Right From The Beginning We Feel The Bottom Of A Sea Within Us And Without. The Life Of Activity Movement And Restlessness Is On The Surface, But Deep Below, Underneath Our Human Life, There Is Poise And Silence. So, Either We Shall Imagine This Sea Of Silence Within Us Or We Shall Feel That We Are Nothing But A Sea Of Poise Itself.

Let Us Not Try To Understand Music With Our Mind. Let Us Not Even Try To Feel It With Our Heart. Let Us Simply And Spontaneously Allow The Music-bird To Fly In Our Heart-sky. While Flying, It Will Unconditionally Reveal To Us What It Has And What It Is. What It Has, Is Immortality's Message. What It Is, Is Eternity's Passage.

I Do Feel There Are Countless People On Earth Who Do Not Believe In The Inner Power, The Inner Life. They Feel That The Outer Strength And The Outer Life Are Everything. I Do Not Agree With Them. There Is An Inner Life; There Is Spirit, And My Ability To Lift These Heavy Weights Proves That It Can Work In Matter As Well.

What Is Yoga? Yoga Is Self-conquest. Self-conquest Is God-realization. He Who Practices Yoga Does Two Things With One Stroke: He Simplifies His Whole Life And He Gets A Freee Access To The Divine.

If Loves Means To Give Oneself, To Become One With Everything And Everyone, Then That Is Real Love. Real Love Is Total Oneness With The Object Loved And With The Possessor Of Love.

In This World, Man Has Two Significant Possessions: Intelligence And Emotion. These Two Possessions Govern Our Day-to-day Life. But Very Often We See That Emotion (ego) Gets The Upper Hand In Our Life. We Know That Even If Someone Is Extremely Intelligent, When His Emotion Comes To The Fore It Will Devour Him. He Is Compelled To Do What His Emotion Asks Him To Do.

Meditation Is Acceptance. It Is The Acceptance Of Life Within Us, Without Us And All Around Us. Acceptance Of Life Is The Beginning Of Human Satisfaction.

Hope Is Sweet. Hope Is Illumining. Hope Is Fulfilling. Hope Can Be Everlasting. Therefore, Do Not Give Up Hope, Even In The Sunset Of Your Life.

What Is Meditation? Meditation Is Our Conscious Awareness Of Something Vast And Infinite Within Us. Meditation Grants Us Peace, Light And Bliss.

But If We Live In The Mind, We Will Only Try To Separate One Religion From Another And See How Their Ideologies Differ. It Is The Heart That Can Have A True Intuitive Understanding Of The Height And Breadth Of All Religions. It Is The Heart That Sees And Feels The Inner Harmony And Oneness Of All Religions.

Life Is Given To Each Human Being For A Very Special Purpose. This Secret Each Human Being Must Discover For Himself.

Hope And Faith Are Two Intimate Brothers; They Always Go Together. Hope Nourishes Faith And Faith Treasures Hope.

Hatred Is A Disguised Form Of Love. You Can Only Hate Someone Whom You Really Wish To Love, Because If You Were Totally Indifferent To That Person, You Could Not Even Get Up Enough Energy To Hate Him.

True Religion Has A Universal Quality. It Does Not Find Fault With Other Religions. False Religions Will Find Fault With Other Religions; They Will Say That Theirs Is The Only Valid Religion And Their Prophet Is The Only Saviour. But A True Religion Will Feel That All The Prophets Are Saviours Of Mankind.

What I Wish To Show By These Feats Of Strength Is That Prayer And Meditation Can Definitely Increase One's Outer Capacities. I Hope That By Doing This I Will Be Able To Inspire Many People To Pray And Meditate Sincerely As Part Of Their Regular Daily Routine. My Message Is That If One Needs Strength, Then Uncovering One's Inner Strength Through Prayer And Meditation Is The Fastest And Most Effective Way To Get It.
