Follow The Three R's: - Respect For Self. - Respect For Others. - Responsibility For All Your Actions.

If The Mind Is Tranquil And Occupied With Positive Thoughts, The Body Will Not Easily Fall Prey To Disease

For The Rest Of Your Life To Be As Meaningful As Possible, Engage In Spiritual Practice If You Can. It Is Nothing More Than Acting Out Of Concern For Others. If You Practice Sincerely And With Persistence, Little By Little, Step By Step You Will Gradually Reorder Your Habits And Attitudes So As To Think Less About Your Own Narrow Concerns And More About Others' - And Thereby Find Peace And Happiness Yourself.

Just As Ripples Spread Out When A Single Pebble Is Dropped Into Water, The Actions Of Individuals Can Have Far-reaching Effects.

It Seems That For Some People The Idea Of Compassion Entails A Complete Disregard For Or Even A Sacrifice Of Their Own Interests. This Is Not The Case. In Fact, You First Of All Have To Have A Wish To Be Happy Yourself - If You Don't Love Yourself Like That, How Can You Love Others?

Hardship, In Forcing Us To Exercise Greater Patience And Forbearance In Daily Life, Actually Makes Us Stronger And More Robust. From The Daily Experience Of Hardship Comes A Greater Capacity To Accept Difficulties Without Losing Our Sense Of Inner Calm. Of Course, I Do Not Advocate Seeking Out Hardship As A Way Of Life, But Merely Wish To Suggest That, If You Relate To It Constructively, It Can Bring Greater Inner Strength And Fortitude.

The Practice Of Patience Guards Us Against Losing Our Presence Of Mind. It Enables Us To Remain Undisturbed, Even When The Situation Is Really Difficult. It Gives Us A Certain Amount Of Inner Peace, Which Allows Us Some Self-control, So That We Can Choose To Respond To Situations In An Appropriate And Compassionate Manner, Rather Than Being Driven By Our Disturbing Emotions.

If There Were Really Serious Consequences If I Did Not Accept, Then Of Course I Would Do Whatever Was Necessary. But In General I Really Prefer Some Freedom.

Compassion Should Be Unbiased And Based On The Recognition That Others Have The Right To Happiness, Just Like You.

Peace Must First Be Developed Within An Individual. And I Believe That Love, Compassion, And Altruism Are The Fundamental Basis For Peace. Once These Qualities Are Developed Within An Individual, He Or She Is Then Able To Create An Atmosphere Of Peace And Harmony. This Atmosphere Can Be Expanded And Extended From The Individual To His Family, From The Family To The Community And Eventually To The Whole World.

A Zero Itself Is Nothing, But Without A Zero You Cannot Count Anything; Therefore, A Zero Is Something, Yet Zero.

One Problem With Our Current Society Is That We Have An Attitude Towards Education As If It Is There To Simply Make You More Clever, Make You More Ingenious... Samsara - Our Conditioned Existence In The Perpetual Cycle Of Habitual Tendencies And Nirvana - Genuine Freedom From Such An Existence- Are Nothing But Different Manifestations Of A Basic Continuum. So This Continuity Of Consciousness Us Always Present. This Is The Meaning Of Tantra.

We Live Within The Environment. So That Directly Relates With Our Survival, Our Life. So Through That Way, More Concern Of Well Being Of Humanity, Then Naturally Concerned About Environment.

Our Greatest Duty And Our Main Responsibility Is To Help Others. But Please, If You Can't Help Them, Would You Please Not Hurt Them.

There Is Nothing I Can't Live Without. I Learned This Attitude When I Was A Child.

When We Nurture This Most Basic Human Resource - When We Set About Cultivating Those Basic Inner Values Which We All Appreciate In Others, Then We Start To Live Spiritually.

There Is Competition, But It Is Used In A Good Way. It Is Positive To Want To Go First, Provided The Intention Is To Pave The Way For Others, Make Their Path More Easy, Help Them, Or Show The Way. Competition Is Negative When We Wish To Defeat Others, To Bring Them Down In Order To Lift Ourselves Up.

Media People Should Have Long Noses Like An Elephant To Smell Out Politicians, Mayors, Prime Ministers And Businessmen. We Need To Know The Reality, The Good And The Bad, Not Just The Appearance.

Fear, Hatred, And Suspicion Narrow Your Mind - Compassion Opens It.

It Is Our Enemies Who Provide Us With The Challenge We Need To Develop The Qualities Of Tolerance, Patience And Compassion.

Then He Sacrifices Money To Recuperate His Health.and Then He Is So Anxious About The Future That He Does Not Enjoy The Present; The Result Being That He Does Not Live In The Present Or The Future; He Lives As If He Is Never Going To Die, And Then Dies Having Never Really Lived.

When You Practice Gratefulness, There Is A Sense Of Respect Toward Others.

World Belongs To Humanity, Not This Leader, That Leader Or That King Or Prince Or Religious Leader. World Belongs To Humanity.

We Are All, By Nature, Clearly Oriented Toward The Basic Human Values Of Love And Compassion. We All Prefer The Love Of Others To Their Hatred. We All Prefer Others’ Generosity To Meanness. And Who Is There Among Us Who Does Not Prefer Tolerance, Respect And Forgiveness Of Our Failings To Bigotry, Disrespect, And Resentment?

If An Individual Has A Calm State Of Mind, That Person's Attitudes And Views Will Be Calm And Tranquil Even In The Presence Of Great Agitation.

More Compassionate Mind, More Sense Of Concern For Other's Well-being, Is Source Of Happiness.

There Needs To Be Understanding That Anger Never Helps To Solve A Problem. It Destroys Our Peace Of Mind And Blinds Our Ability To Think Clearly. Anger And Attachment Are Emotions That Distort Our View Of Reality.

We Forget That Despite The Superficial Differences Between Us, People Are Equal In Their Basic Wish For Peace And Happiness.

Genuine Happiness Consists In Those Spiritual Qualities Of Love, Compassion, Patience, Tolerance And Forgiveness And So On. For It Is These Which Provide Both For Our Happiness And Others Happiness.

As You Breathe In, Cherish Yourself. As You Breathe Out, Cherish All Beings.

Sometimes We Feel That One Individual's Action Is Very Insignificant. Then We Think, Of Course, That Effects Should Come From Channeling Or From A Unifying Movement. But The Movement Of The Society, Community Or Group Of People Means Joining Individuals. Society Means A Collection Of Individuals, So That Initiative Must Come From Individuals. Unless Each Individual Develops A Sense Of Responsibility, The Whole Community Cannot Move. So Therefore, It Is Very Essential That We Should Not Feel That Individual Effort Is Meaningless- You Should Not Feel That Way. We Should Make An Effort.

It Is Crucial That We Realize The Great Value Of Human Existence, The Opportunity And The Potential That Our Brief Lives Afford Us. It Is Only As Humans That We Have The Possibility Of Implementing Changes In Our Lives.

Self Confidence Plays An Important Part In Every Aspect Of Man's Life.

Sensory Experience Does Not Offset The Intense Pain Or Pleasure We Feel On A Mental Level; It May Distract Us, But Doesn't Overcome It. On The Other Hand, If We Have Peace Of Mind, Even Negative Experiences Do Not Upset Us. Peace Of Mind Is Also Good For Our Physical Health. Medical Experts Have Found That Anger, Hatred And Fear Eat Into Our Immune System. Being Calm And Relaxed Is Better For Our Physical Well-being.

Negative Experiences

Religion Is Important For Humanity, But It Should Evolve With Humanity. The First Priority Is To Establish And Develop The Principle Of Pluralism In All Religious Traditions. If We, The Religious Leaders, Cultivate A Sincere Pluralistic Attitude, Then Everything Will Be More Simple. It Is Good That Most Religious Leaders Are At Least Beginning To Recognize Other Traditions, Even Though They May Not Approve Of Them. The Next Step Is To Accept That The Idea Of Propagating Religion Is Outdated. It No Longer Suits The Times.

A Sense Of Contentment Is Crucial To Being Happy. Physical Health, Material Wealth And Friends Contribute To This, But Contentment Governs Our Relations With Them All.

We Are Driven By Self-interest, It’s Necessary To Survive. But We Need Wise Self-interest That Is Generous And Co-operative, Taking Others’ Interests Into Account. Co-operation Comes From Friendship, Friendship Comes From Trust, And Trust Comes From Kind-heartedness.
