First Of All, I Don't See America Having Problems.

In The Past When Money Was Given From Government To Government, There Was No Accountability, Especially The World Bank Loans. Nobody Was Held Accountable For The Misuse Of World Bank Loans. That Is Why It Is Important To Channel Some Of The Money Through Civil Society Groups.

Health Care Costs Are On The Rise Because The Consumers Are Not Involved In The Decision-making Process. Most Health Care Costs Are Covered By Third Parties. And Therefore, The Actual User Of Health Care Is Not The Purchaser Of Health Care. And There's No Market Forces Involved With Health Care.

Government Does Not Create Wealth. The Major Role For The Government Is To Create An Environment Where People Take Risks To Expand The Job Rate In The United States.
