In Latin America, In The Past, It Was Almost Impossible To Guarantee Democracy. There Were Military Dictatorships, And Nowadays There Are Not So Many Military Dictatorships. There Are Social Democrats And Others Who Are Marching More In The Direction Of Equality, Whether You Call Them Socialists Or Communists... Capitalism Has Only Hurt Latin America.

The Relationship Between The Government Of The United States And Social And Indigenous Movements Has Always Been Difficult. Not Just In Bolivia But Worldwide. We Need To Have Bilateral Relations Characterized By Mutual Respect.
