If You Want To Run For The United States Senate, You Hire A Consultant Who Will Do Polling For You, Who Will Tell You The Kinds Of Television Ads You Should Run, Who Will Tell You That Most Of The Money You Raise Has Got To Go Into Tv. Raising Money, And Then Putting That Money Into The Hands Of Consultants, Who Then Put On Tv Ads - That's More Or Less What Campaigns Are About. We've Got To Change That.

One Can't Predict The Future, That Maybe Our Training And Their Fighting Capabilities Are Improving And We Are Going To Make Some Progress In Destroying Isis.

You Know What? That Is Pretty Revolutionary. That Will Transform The Lives Of Millions Of Families In This Country. That's What Clinton Stands For.

The Cost Of Prescription Drugs In This Country Is Far, Far Higher Than In Any Other Country. You May Recall That Donald Trump As A Candidate For President Talked About How He Was Going To Take On The Pharmaceutical Industry And It Was Going To Lower Prescription Drug Costs.

The Basic Issue Of An American Society Which Is Fair, Which Is Providing Opportunity For All, Is Nowadays Being Replaced By The Correct Perception That We're Living In A Rigged Economy - Where It Doesn't Matter How Hard You Worked, The Result Will Be All The Income Goes To The People At The Very Top. It's Leading To A Lot Of Frustration And Anger, And People Want Some Fundamental Changes To The Way We Do Economics And Growth.

We Need A Movement That Says In A Highly Competitive Global Economy All Of Our Kids Who Have The Ability, The Qualifications And The Desire, Will Be Able To Get A College Education Regardless Of Income Because We Will Make Public Colleges And Universities Tuition Free.

I Know Media Is Not Necessarily Focused On These Things. But What A Campaign Is About Is Not Hillary Clinton, It's Not Donald Trump. It Is The People Of This Country, People Who Are Working Longer Hours For Lower Wages, People Who Do Not Have Health Care Or Are Underinsured.

[hillary] Clinton Is Too Much Into Regime Change And A Little Bit Too Aggressive Without Knowing What The Unintended Consequences Might Be. Yes, We Could Get Rid Of Assad Tomorrow, But That Would Create Another Political Vacuum That Would Benefit Isis.

What We Have Got To Do Immediately Is To Say That Racism And Xenophobia Is Totally Unacceptable And We Will Stand With The 1 Percent Of Our Population Who Are Muslims, For Undocumented People In This Country. Absolutely, We Will Stand.

Many White People Are Not Sensitive To The Kind Of Abuse That African Americans, Especially Younger African Americans, Receive At The Hands Of Police Officers And Police Departments. I Think For Most Whites Their Experience With The Police Has Been Good Or Neutral Because They Don't Interact With The Police As Much As Those In The Black Community.

I Believe In Public Funding Of Elections, Absolutely. But This System Iscurrently Very Antiquated And No Longer Applies To Modern Day Politics.

When We Talk About Power, We Talk About Wall Street.

In The Last Presidential Election Obama And Romney Raised About $1 Billion Each. The Koch Brothers, The Second Wealthiest Family In America, Now Say They Will Raise Nearly $1 Billion For The 2016 Elections. When One Family Can Raise As Much As An Entire Party, The System Is Broken. This Is Oligarchy, Not Democracy. We Must Overturn Citizens United.

Now Is The Time To Alter Our Government. Now Is The Time To Stop The Movement Toward Oligarchy. Now Is The Time To Create A Government Which Represents All Americans And Not Just The 1%... No More Excuses. We Must All Become Involved In The Political Process.

In 2013 Citigroup Had Profits Of $6.4 Billion In The United States. They Paid No Federal Income Tax And, In Fact, Received A Rebate From The Irs Of $260 Million. That Same Year J.p.
