I Suspect That Even Though The Various Questions Are Difficult And Many, They Are Not As Difficult And Many As Those We Faced When We Started The Apollo [space Program] In 1961.

It Suddenly Struck Me That That Tiny Pea, Pretty And Blue, Was The Earth. I Put Up My Thumb And Shut One Eye, And My Thumb Blotted Out The Planet Earth. I Didn't Feel Like A Giant. I Felt Very, Very Small.

The [moon] Surface Is Fine And Powdery. I Can Kick It Up Loosely With My Toe. It Does Adhere In Fine Layers Like Powdered Charcoal To The Sole And Sides Of My Boots. Yeah, I Wasn't Chosen To Be First. I Was Just Chosen To Command That Flight. Circumstance Put Me In That Particular Role. That Wasn't Planned By Anyone.
