Dancing And Acting Satisfy Me In Different Ways.

I'd Feel A Little Bit Dead Inside, If I Didn't Have Dancing. It's Such A Way Of Expression And Exercise And Life And Love. You Laugh, When You're Being Corny And Dorky-dancing. It's Everything.

I Cannot Go To Sleep Without Reading.

I'm Really Loving Acting. I Want This As A Career. I'll Still Write Music And Collaborate With People, But I'm Focused On The Acting Path.

Then When I Stopped Dancing And I Got Into Regular Life Mode, I Didn't Realize How Much Diet And Nutrition And Being Active Was So Important. Not Only For My Physical State, But For My Mental State, Too. I Think That's Just As Important As Working Out For Your Physical State.

I've Always Wanted To Sing Country Music.

It's Different When You're In A Huge Movie And You're Being Told That You Can Do Whatever You Want. It Was Also Really Cool Because It Helped Me Grow So Much Faster Than I Would Have, If I Did Another Thing Where It Was Like, "here's What You're Saying, And That's It. Do Not Go Off Page."

Even Some Rock Star Girls, Which I Didn't Really Know Her Name. I Will Probably Find Out And Probably Get Slaughtered For Not Knowing Her Name, But She Brought Some Of Her Clothes That She Used To Wear On Stage. I Wore One Of The Corsets And Stuff. I Don't Know Why I'm Blanking. It Was Not Pat Benatar. It's Like Debbie Gibson, Pat Benatar, Joan Jett, I Know Those Girls.

I've Been Acting My Whole Life, Which People Don't Realize. I Just Haven't Had The Opportunities That I've Had With My Dancing.

I Started Out Dancing On A Reality Tv Show, But Always With The Intention Of Making My Way Over To Film. I Transitioned Into The Film World By Doing Certain Things That My Fans Had Been Used To Seeing Me Do. My Dancing And Singing Gave Me The Confidence To Act.

When My Mind Is Clear, I Feel Like I Can Give More Of Myself To Those Around Me And Hopefully Bring Light And Joy And An Infectious Kind Of Energy To Inspire Them To Do Whatever They Want To Do. That's Really The Key Behind It All.

My Favorite Way To Dance Is Being Swept Off My Feet By Somebody Who Doesn't Know How To Dance.

What I Really Like To Do, Especially Because We're All Busy So Sometimes You Forget To Do Something, I Always Keep Wrist Weights With Me. If I Just Put Them On Throughout The Day, Then I'll Just Be Doing Stuff And It's Kind Of Just Toning Without Me Doing Anything. Sometimes That's Just My Little Trick. I Have Ankle Weights And Wrist Weights And I Just Keep Them With Me At All Times.

I Love To Swim. I Need Goggles. If I Don't Have Goggles I Run In To The Walls Of The Pool. I Have No Sense Of Directions.

I Was In The Generation Of Cds, So When I Moved To L.a., I Think I Probably Brought My Shania Twain Come On Over Cd. But If I Lived In The '80s, I Would Definitely Be The One Going To The Record Stores.

The Community In Utah Was Very Religious. I Was A Typical Teenage Girl Trying To Find My Sexuality. Unfortunately, Girls Do Use Their Sexuality To Find Attention. I Also Understand Why Parents Want To Protect Their Kids.

So I Hope To Stretch My Acting Skills. I Got To A Point In My Dancing Where I Felt Like I Did So Much Hard Work And I Achieved A Lot Of Great Things, And I Wanted To Try Something Else And Put That Same Kind Of Commitment That I Did Into My Dancing Into Something That I Was Also Passionate About. I Had So Many Opportunities With My Dance And Now I'm Just Excited To Get Better As An Actress.
