Isis Is A Radical Jihadist Group That Is Increasingly Sophisticated In Its Ability, For Example, To Radicalize American Citizens, In Its Inability To Exploit Loopholes In Our Legal Immigration System, In Its Ability To Capture And Hold Territory In The Middle East, As I Outlined Earlier, In Multiple Countries.

The 21st Century Looks Different. It's Been Very Disruptive. It Has Created A Lot Of Insecurity. We Have To Adjust To That, Because The 21st Century Has Real Promise. Now, The Higher-paying Jobs Of This New Century Are Fantastic. The War On Poverty Programs Help Address The Pain Of Poverty.

Puerto Rico Is A Government That Is Spending Money That It Doesn't Have. What's Coming In And What's Going Out Don't Match. That Is, What They Are Receiving In Taxes Is Not Sufficient To Cover The Spending That They Are Taking On. And Any Entity That Does That, Whether A Family, A Business, A Government, Is Going To Go Broke And Bankrupt. They Are Asking To Be Given The Right To Declare Bankruptcy, Which I Think Should Be An Option, As A Last Resort, If There Is No Other Resource.

I Am But A Generation Removed From Poverty And Despair. Where Would I Be Today If There Had Never Been An America? What Kind Of Lives Or Future Would My Children Have If This Was Not A Land Of Opportunity?

After Eight Years Of Barack Obama And One Crazy Election, We Almost Got It Wrong. We Came This Close. But Then We Remembered Who We Were. Then We Remembered What America Was. Then We Confronted Our Challenges And Embraced Our Opportunities. And Because We Did What Needed To Be Done In 2016, Our Children Became The Freest And Most Prosperous Americans That Ever Lived.

What Will Solve Our Problems Is A Specific Set Of Ideas Built On Bedrock Principles That Made America The Greatest Nation To Begin With And Applying Those Principles To The Unique Challenges Of This New Century. And Those Principles Are Not Complicated. It Begins With A Notion That This Nation Was Founded On A Powerful Spiritual Principle, That Our Rights Do Not Come From Government. Our Rights Do Not Come From Our Laws. Our Rights Do Not Come From Our Leaders. Our Rights Come From God.

We Are Getting Thousands And Thousands Of Professionals, Very Highly-trained People, From Puerto Rico Who Are Now Living In Florida, And Who Have Obviously Contributed A Lot To This State, But The Island Is Losing That Population.
