Many Of Us Have A Tendency To Deny Any Negative Feelings. We Judge Them As "bad" Or "unenlightened" When, In Fact, They Are Our Stepping Stone To Enlightenment. Our So-called Negative Feelings Or Attitudes Are Really Parts Of Ourselves That Need Recognition, Love, And Healing. Not Only Is It Safe And Healthy To Acknowledge And Accept All Of Our Feelings And Beliefs, It Is Necessary, If We Are To Get In Touch With The Fears And Pockets Of Blocked Energy That Are Holding Us Back From What We Want.

Many Of Us Have Had The Attitude That Life Is Something That Happens To Us And That All We Can Do Is Make The Best Of It. It Is Basically A Victim's Position, Giving Power To People And Things Outside Of Ourselves. We Are Beginning To Realize That The Power Rests In Us, That We Can Choose To Create Our Life The Way We Want It To Be.

The Best Way I Have Found To Follow My True Desires Is To Pay Attention To My Intuitive Sense. We All Have Great Wisdom Within Us, A Part Of Us That Knows Exactly What We Need At Every Moment. We Are Born With This Intuitive Sense, But Most Of Us Are Quickly Taught To Distrust And Ignore It. We Have To Relearn Something That Should Come Naturally. There Is No Separation Between Us And God-we Are Divine Expressions Of The Creative Principle...there Can Be No Real Lack Or Scarcity; There Is Nothing We Have To Try To Achieve Or Attract; We Contain The Potential For Everything Within Us.

One Of The Reasons There May Be A Trend Toward Moving Out Of The Cities, Again, It May Be Conscious Or It May Be Unconscious, But It Is A Desire To Connect More With Nature. And With The Natural Rhythms. We [people] Need That! We've Been Missing It.

Receiving And Giving Are Opposite Energies That Are Inextricably Linked Together In The Natural Flow Of Life, Like Inhaling And Exhaling. If One Aspect Of That Cycle Doesn't Function, The Entire Cycle Ceases To Function And The Life Force Cannot Move Freely. If You Can't Inhale, You Will Soon Have Nothing To Exhale, And Before Long, Your Body Will Be Unable To Continue Living.

We Have Been Accustomed To Thinking That We Have To Get Something From Outside Us In Order To Be Happy, But In Truth It Works The Other Way: We Must Learn To Contact Our Inner Source Of Happiness And Satisfaction And Flow It Outward To Share With Others-not Because It Is Virtuous To Do So, But Because It Really Feels Good.

Since Money Is Energy, Our Financial Affairs Tend To Reflect How Our Life Energy Is Moving. When Your Creative Energy Is Flowing Freely, Often Your Finances Are As Well. If Your Energy Is Blocked, Your Money Does Too.

Whatever Our Individual Troubles And Challenges May Be, It’s Important To Pause Every Now And Then To Appreciate All That We Have, On Every Level. We Need To Literally 'count Our Blessings,' Give Thanks For Them, Allow Ourselves To Enjoy Them, And Relish The Experience Of Prosperity We Already Have.

We Are Attracted To People Who Express The Qualities We Deny Or Repress In Ourselves.

As Human Beings We Have Vulnerabilities. We Also Have Power, But We Can't Just Be Powerful All The Time.

When You're Following Your Energy And Doing What You Want All The Time, The Distinction Between Work And Play Dissolves.

I Do Believe That One Of The Major Ways That We're Out Of Alignment With Our Souls Is In Our Disconnect From Nature. I Feel That We Have Kind Of Lost Our Natural Way Of Being Connected To The Planet. We Need To Be Rooted On The Planet. We Experience Ourselves As Kind Of Isolated From That, And I Actually Think That's A Great Cause Of The Suffering That Many Of Us Are Experiencing, Whether Consciously Or Unconsciously.

Not Being In Touch With Your Vulnerability And Not Learning To Own It And Accept It And Be Comfortable With It Leaves You In A Position Where You're Liable To Look At And Judge Other People For Being Vulnerable Because They're Reflecting That Part Of Yourself That You're Not Comfortable With.

Everything That Happens To Us Can Be Looked At As A Gift. Although It's Quite Difficult When You're In The Middle Of A Hard Struggle With Something, It's Hard To See It As A Gift, But In Retrospect, We Can Almost Always Look Back And Say, "oh, I See Why I Had To Go Through That."

If We Look Honestly At Our Relationships, We Can See So Much About How We Have Created Them

Work And Play Can Be The Same. When You Are Following Your Energy And Doing What You Want To Do All The Time, The Distinction Between Work And Play Dissolves. Work Is No Longer What You Have To Do, And Play What You Want To Do. When You Are Doing What You Love, You May Work Harder And Produce More Than Ever Before, Because You Are Having Fun.

Most Of Us Have Considerable Prosperity In Our Lives. Often, We Are So Busy Pursuing Our Unmet Desires That We Are Unable To Enjoy All That We Already Have. Allowing Ourselves To Really Appreciate The Prosperity We Have Created Is A Big Step Toward Opening To Even Greater Fulfillment.

No Scoundrel Is So Stupid As To Not Find A Reason For His Vile Conduct.

Freedom And Relationship Are Polar Opposites - They Both Exist On The Same Continuum. You Do Want A Relationship - And You Do Want Freedom - What You Really Want Is Balance, You Want Wholeness.

We All Have Within Us A Deep Wisdom, But Sometimes We Don't Know We Have It. We Live In A Culture That Doesn't Acknowledge Or Validate Human Intuition And Doesn't Encourage Us To Rely On Our Intuitive Wisdom. Much Of The Western World Emphasizes Rationality And Reason, But Overlooks Or Ignores The Enormous Value Of Intuition And Instinctive Wisdom.

This Morning Take A Few Minutes To Reflect On How You Give Of Yourself To The World. Often We Get Caught Up In The Frenzy Of Buying And Giving Things. Look At The Ways You Give Appreciation, Friendship, Energy, Time, Love, And Affection, And Give Of Your Own Special Talents And Abilities Throughout The Year. Acknowledge Yourself For Having Enriched The Lives Of Others. Spend Some Time Loving Yourself For The Giving Light That You Are.

We All Have Within Us A Deep Sense Of What We Need, And What Is Right And True For Us. To Access This We Need To Pay Attention To Our Feelings And Our Intuition. We Need To Learn To Listen Deeply To Ourselves And To Trust What We Hear. And We Need To Risk Acting On What We Feel To Be True. Even If We Make Mistakes, We Must Do This In Order To Learn And Grow.

Our Negative Thoughts Are Valuable Messages To Us About Our Deeper Fears And Negative Attitudes. These Usually Are So Basic To Our Thinking And Feeling That We Don't Realize They Are Beliefs At All. We Assume That They Are Simply "the Way Life Is." We May Be Consciously Affirming And Visualizing Prosperity, But If Our Unconscious Belief Is That We Don't Deserve It, Then We Won't Create It. Once We Become Aware Of Our Core Negative Beliefs, They Begin To Heal.

Mind And Intuition Are At Opposite Ends Of The Same Continuum And Our Goal Is To Strike A Healthy Balance Between The Two.

When You're Riding A Bike You're More Connected To The Outdoors And To Other People Than You Are When You Are Stuck In Your Car.

I Think That Everything In The World Around Us Is A Reflection Of What Is Going On Inside Of Us. So Each Of Us As An Individual Creates A Life - We Draw To Us Certain People And Events And Circumstances That Reflect What's Going On Inside Of Us, So We Can Literally Look At Our Life And See A Mirror Of Our Own Consciousness. And If That's True On An Individual Level, It's Also True That What's Going On In The World In A Bigger Way Is A Reflection Of The Collective Consciousness.

As I Learn To Love Myself, I Recieve The Love I Desire From Others.

When I'm Trusting And Being Myself As Fully As Possible, Everything In My Life Reflects This By Falling Into Place Easily, Often Miraculously.

We Always Attract Into Our Lives Whatever We Think About Most, Believe In Most Strongly, Expect On The Deepest Level, And Imagine Most Vividly.

As We Begin To Love And Appreciate Ourselves As We Are, Our Channels Open And We Access The Infinite Vitality Of Life Force.

People With Little Money Seldom Realize That People Who Have A Lot Of Money Are Also Frightened. ... If Security Is Based On Having Money, It Doesn't Matter Whether You Have A Little Or A Lot, You're Going To Be Afraid.

Following Our Inner Guidance May Feel Risky And Frightening At First, Because We Are No Longer Playing It Safe, Doing What We 'should' Do, Pleasing Others, Following Rules, Or Deferring To Outside Authority.

Evil (ignorance) Is Like A Shadow-- It Has No Real Substance Of Its Own, It Is Simply A Lack Of Light. You Cannot Cause A Shadow To Disappear By Trying To Fight It, Stamp On It, By Railing Against It, Or Any Other Form Of Emotional Or Physical Resistance. In Order To Cause A Shadow To Disappear, You Must Shine Light On It

Eventually I Lost Interest In Trying To Control My Life, To Make Things Happen In A Way That I Thought I Wanted Them To Be. I Began To Practice Surrendering To The Universe And Finding Out What "it" Wanted Me To Do.

We May Overcompensate For Our Feelings Of Powerlessness By Attempting To Control And Manipulate Other People And Our Environment. Or We May Eventually Burst Forth With Uncontrolled Rage That Is Highly Exaggerated And Distorted By Its Long Suppression.

Notice What Happens When You Doubt, Suppress, Or Act Contrary To Your Feelings. You Will Observe Decreased Energy, Powerless Or Helpless Feelings, And Physical Or Emotional Pain. Now Notice What Happens When You Follow Your Intuitive Feelings. Usually The Result Is Increased Energy And Power And A Sense Of Natural Flow. When You're At One With Yourself, The World Feels Peaceful, Exciting, And Magical.

In Many Other Cultures, And Certainly In The Eastern World, There's Great Value Put On Being, Contemplating, And Even Withdrawing From The World At Certain Times Or For Certain Periods Of Time. But We Don't Really Have That In Our Culture, So It's Difficult For Many Westerners To Learn How To Sit Down Or Lie Down And Just Be Quiet Without Going To Sleep. We're Just Not Trained To Do It.

We Live In A Culture That Doesn't Acknowledge Or Validate Human Intuition And Doesn't Encourage Us To Rely On Our Intuitive Wisdom.

Learning To Trust Our Intuition Is An Art Form, And Like All Other Art Forms, It Takes Practice To Perfect.

You Create Your Opportunities By Asking For Them.

Healing Ourselves On The Spiritual Level Involves Developing A Strong Connection With Our Soul. We Heal Ourselves On The Mental Level As We Become Aware Of Our Core Beliefs, Release Those That Limit Us, And Open To More Supportive Ideas And Greater Understanding. Emotional Healing Takes Place As We Learn To Accept And Experience The Full Range Of Our Feelings. And We Heal Ourselves On The Physical Level When We Learn To Honor And Care For Our Bodies, And For The Physical World Around Us.

When We Consistently Suppress And Distrust Our Intuitive Knowingness, Looking Instead For Authority, Validation, And Approval From Others, We Give Our Personal Power Away.

We Avoid The Things That We're Afraid Of Because We Think There Will Be Dire Consequences If We Confront Them. But The Truly Dire Consequences In Our Lives Come From Avoiding Things That We Need To Learn About Or Discover.

People Are Often Very Frightened Of Their Anger. They Feel It Will Cause Them To Do Something Harmful. If You Have This Fear, Create A Safe Situation Where You Can Express Your Anger, Alone Or With A Trusted Therapist Or Friend. Allow Yourself To Talk Angrily, Shout, Hit Pillows, Whatever You Feel Like. Once You've Done This In A Safe Environment, You Will Have Released Some Of The Charge, And You Can Look Underneath The Anger To Find What You Need To Do To Take Better Care Of Yourself. Like Any Emotion, Anger Is A Valuable Tool, Teaching Us Who We Are And How We Feel.

Individually And Collectively, We Are Shifting From A Position Of Fear Into Surrender And Trust Of The Intuitive. The Power Of The Feminine Energy Is On The Rise In Our World.

As You Learn To Consciously Observe The Transformation Process, You Will Watch Yourself Repeating A Lot Of Old Patterns Long After You Seemingly Know Better. Our Desires And Our Goals Give Us Direction And Focus. They Help Point Us Down Our Path Of Action In Our Life.

The Mind Is The Enemy Of Intuition, According To Many New Age Adherents, But I Don't Buy That. I Look At Everything In Terms Of Polarities - Two Ends Of The Same Continuum. Young/old, Male/female, Individuality/conformity, Work/play, Freedom/constraint, Right/left, Day/night, Life/death, Rational/emotional, And So On.

We, As Spiritual Beings, Created The Physical World As A Place To Learn. It's Our School, Our Playground, Our Artist's Studio. I Beleive That We're Here To Master The Process Of Creation - To Learn How To Consciously Channel The Creative Energy Of Spirit Into Physical Form.

The Very Actions Themselves Can Be A Meditation. For Me, Walking Is Certainly A Meditation If I Walk For Awhile. First My Mind Is Busy And I'm Thinking About Different Things And After A While That Starts To Fall Away And I Start To Become Very Present In The Moment. And That Feeling Of Being Present In The Moment Is Being. That's When We Know We're Connecting With Being Energy.
