I've Grown Up With Country Music. I Love How Real Everybody Is, Not Just The Artists, But The Fans.

There Was A Time When My Mum Would Sew Costumes For The Dance Studio So We Could Keep Doing Our Classes Because We Couldn't Afford Them.

I Also Like To Feel Good When I'm Working Out. If I Put Schlubby Clothes On, I'm Like, 'blah.' I Don't Really Want To Work Out. But If I'm Feeling Cute And I'm Looking Good - That's My Motivation.

Dancing Is So Great Because There Are All The Little Details, And The Little Movements, And The Little Muscles That Are Working Without You Even Realizing.

I Started Out Dancing On A Reality Tv Show, But Always With The Intention Of Making My Way Over To Film. I Transitioned Into The Film World By Doing Certain Things That My Fans Had Been Used To Seeing Me Do. My Dancing And Singing Gave Me The Confidence To Act.

I'm Very Blessed And I Don't Take Anything For Granted. I Think If You Alienate People And Just Focus On Your Work Then It Just Becomes Lonely And It's Not Fun Anymore.

Even If You're A Guy And You Don't Believe In Dancing, You Should Try Dance Cardio. It's Really Fun!

I Was In The Generation Of Cds, So When I Moved To L.a., I Think I Probably Brought My Shania Twain Come On Over Cd. But If I Lived In The '80s, I Would Definitely Be The One Going To The Record Stores.

What I Really Like To Do, Especially Because We're All Busy So Sometimes You Forget To Do Something, I Always Keep Wrist Weights With Me. If I Just Put Them On Throughout The Day, Then I'll Just Be Doing Stuff And It's Kind Of Just Toning Without Me Doing Anything. Sometimes That's Just My Little Trick. I Have Ankle Weights And Wrist Weights And I Just Keep Them With Me At All Times.

Utah Is So Wonderful. My Greatest Memories Of Utah Are Of Always Being Outdoors. It's A Very Athletic Environment That I Think Gave Me A Lot Of Drive To Be Fit And Live Well.

I Love To Swim. I Need Goggles. If I Don't Have Goggles I Run In To The Walls Of The Pool. I Have No Sense Of Directions.

As Guilty And Fun As It Is To Go Through A Drive-thru And Get A Cheeseburger Or Whatever, I Just Feel Like You Can Make Your Own Burger At Home. You Know What's Going Into It. You Know Where It Came From. And It's Just Easy To Go Back And Forth To Those Drive-thrus. Just Kick That Habit!

Then When I Stopped Dancing And I Got Into Regular Life Mode, I Didn't Realize How Much Diet And Nutrition And Being Active Was So Important. Not Only For My Physical State, But For My Mental State, Too. I Think That's Just As Important As Working Out For Your Physical State.

I've Experienced A Lot For Someone My Age That A Lot Of People Will Be Able To Relate To.

I Think There Are Always Gonna Be Challenges And People Throwing Themselves At You In A Nondiscreet Way. But It's Just So Public Now That You Have To Be Careful Saying Hi Or Giving Somebody A Hug, Because Then Somebody Will Turn It Into Something Else.

I've Always Had God, But Now I Want To Go Back To Church For The Sense Of Community And That Feeling Of Positive Thinking, A Place Where I Can Think About Being A Better Person.

The Community In Utah Was Very Religious. I Was A Typical Teenage Girl Trying To Find My Sexuality. Unfortunately, Girls Do Use Their Sexuality To Find Attention. I Also Understand Why Parents Want To Protect Their Kids.

There Is Something So Rewarding About Dancing. It's Almost Spiritual - You Let Loose, You Feel Free, You Get Endorphins From The Exercise.

Friends Are The Best Therapy.
