Since Many Of You Do Not Belong To The Catholic Church And Others Are Non-believers, From The Bottom Of My Heart I Give This Silent Blessing To Each And Every One Of You, Respecting The Conscience Of Each One Of You But Knowing That Each One Of You Is A Child Of God.

If Someone Is Gay And Is Searching For The Lord And Has Good Will, Then Who Am I To Judge Him? ... The Problem Is Not Having This Tendency, No, We Must Be Brothers And Sisters To One Another. The Problem Is In Making A Lobby Of This Tendency: A Lobby Of Misers, A Lobby Of Politicians, A Lobby Of Masons, So Many Lobbies.

...these Things Become The Norm: That Some Homeless People Die Of Cold On The Streets Is Not News. In Contrast, A Ten Point Drop On The Stock Markets Of Some Cities, Is A Tragedy. A Person Dying Is Not News, But If The Stock Markets Drop Ten Points It Is A Tragedy! Thus People Are Disposed Of, As If They Were Trash.

True Charity Requires Courage: Let Us Overcome The Fear Of Getting Our Hands Dirty So As To Help Those In Need.

Lord, Teach Us To Step Outside Ourselves. Teach Us To Go Out Into The Streets And Manifest Your Love.

In The Gospel We Have Just Heard, Jesus, The Master, Teaches The Crowds And The Small Group Of His Disciples By Accommodating Himself To Their Ability To Understand. ... Jesus Does Not Seek To 'play The Professor.' Instead, He Seeks To Reach People's Hearts, Their Understanding And Their Lives, So That They May Bear Fruit.

Joy Adapts And Changes, But It Always Endures, Even As A Flicker Of Light Born Of Our Personal Certainty That, When Everything Is Said And Done, We Are Infinitely Loved.

And There Is This Fact Of The Twelve Baskets: Why Twelve? What Does It Mean? Twelve Is The Number Of The Tribes Of Israel, Symbolically It Represents All The People. Dear Young People, Please, Don’t Be Observers Of Life, But Get Involved. Jesus Did Not Remain An Observer, But He Immersed Himself. Don’t Be Observers, But Immerse Yourself In The Reality Of Life, As Jesus Did.

We Have So Much Information But Maybe We Don’t Know What To Do With That Information. So We Run The Risk Of Becoming Museums Of Young People Who Have Everything But Not Knowing What To Do With It. We Don’t Need Young Museums But We Do Need Holy Young People.

Today, The Thought That A Great Many Children Do Not Have Food To Eat Is Not News. This Is Serious, This Is Serious! We Cannot Put Up With This! Yet That Is How Things Are. We Cannot Become Starched Christians, Those Over-educated Christians Who Speak Of Theological Matters As They Calmly Sip Their Tea.
