We Have Observed That, In Society And The World In Which We Live, Selfishness Has Increased More Than Love For Others, And That Men Of Good Will Must Work, Each With His Own Strengths And Expertise, To Ensure That Love For Others Increases Until It Is Equal And Possibly Exceeds Love For Oneself.

To All Of You, I Repeat: Do Not Let Yourselves Be Robbed Of Hope! Do Not Let Yourselves Be Robbed Of Hope! And Not Only That, But I Say To Us All: Let Us Not Rob Others Of Hope, Let Us Become Bearers Of Hope!

Life Once Conceived, Must Be Protected With The Utmost Care; Abortion And Infanticide Are Abominable Crimes.

Each Encounter With Jesus Fills Us With Joy, With That Deep Joy Which Only God Can Give.

It [abortion] Is A Crime, An Absolute Evil.

Christianity Spreads Through The Joy Of Disciples Who Know That They Are Loved And Saved.

We Cannot Keep Ourselves Shut Up In Parishes, In Our Communities, When So Many People Are Waiting For The Gospel!

There Is A Danger That Threatens Everyone In The Church, All Of Us. The Danger Of Worldliness. It Leads Us To Vanity, Arrogance And Pride.

Gossip Can Also Kill, Because It Kills The Reputation Of The Person! It Is So Terrible To Gossip! At First It May Seem Like A Nice Thing, Even Amusing, Like Enjoying A Candy. But In The End, It Fills The Heart With Bitterness, And Even Poisons Us.

From The Way Children Are Treated Society Can Be Judged.

I Wish To Make Add My Voice To The Cry Which Rises Up With Increasing Anguish From Every Part Of The World, From Every People, From The Heart Of Each Person, From The One Great Family Which Is Humanity: It Is The Cry For Peace!

Human Beings Are Themselves Considered Consumer Goods To Be Used And Then Discarded. We Have Created A 'disposable' Culture Which Is Now Spreading. It Is No Longer Simply About Exploitation And Oppression, But Something New.

There Is Another Important Point: Encountering The Poor. If We Step Outside Ourselves We Find Poverty. Today-it Sickens The Heart To Say So-the Discovery Of A Tramp Who Has Died Of The Cold Is Not News. Today What Counts As News Is, Maybe, A Scandal. A Scandal: Ah, That Is News! Today, The Thought That A Great Many Children Do Not Have Food To Eat Is Not News. This Is Serious, This Is Serious! We Cannot Put Up With This! Yet That Is How Things Are. We Cannot Become Starched Christians, Those Over-educated Christians Who Speak Of Theological Matters As They Calmly Sip Their Tea.

Do Not Be Afraid Of Confession!

We Are All Called To Be Friends With Jesus. Don’t Be Afraid To Love The Lord.

During My Visit To The Philippines, I Wanted In A Particular Way To Meet With Young People, To Listen To You And To Talk To You. I Want To Express The Love And The Hopes Of The Church For You. And I Want To Encourage You As Christian Citizens Of This Country To Offer Yourselves Passionately And Honestly To The Great Work Of Renewing Your Society And Helping To Build A Better World.

I Think We Too Are The People Who, On The One Hand, Want To Listen To Jesus, But On The Other Hand, At Times, Like To Find A Stick To Beat Others With, To Condemn Others. And Jesus Has This Message For Us: Mercy. I Think - And I Say It With Humility - That This Is The Lord's Most Powerful Message: Mercy.

The Gospel Teaches Us What Jesus' Kingdom Requires Of Us... Reminds Us That Closeness And Tenderness Are The Rules Of Life.

Families Have A Citizenship Which Is Divine. The Identity Card They Have Is Given To Them By God. So That Within The Heart Of The Family, Truth, Goodness And Beauty May Truly Grow.

How Many Innocent People And Children Suffer In The World! Lord, Grant Us Your Peace!

Do I Take The Gospel Message Of Reconciliation And Love Into The Places Where I Live And Work?

Jesus Christ Conferred Power Upon Peter, But What Sort Of Power Was It? Jesus’ Three Questions To Peter About Love Are Followed By Three Commands: Feed My Lambs, Feed My Sheep. Let Us Never Forget That Authentic Power Is Service, And That The Pope Too, When Exercising Power, Must Enter Ever More Fully Into That Service Which Has Its Radiant Culmination On The Cross.

Spiritual Worldliness Kills! It Kills The Soul! It Kills The Church!

In The Poor And Outcast We See Christ’s Face; By Loving And Helping The Poor, We Love And Serve Christ.

Being Christian Is Not Just Obeying Orders But Means Being In Christ, Thinking Like Him, Acting Like Him, Loving Like Him; It Means Letting Him Take Possession Of Our Life And Change It, Transform It, And Free It From The Darkness Of Evil And Sin. ... These Days There Is A Lot Of Poverty In The World, And That's A Scandal When We Have So Many Riches And Resources To Give To Everyone. We All Have To Think About How We Can Become A Little Poorer.

We Face So Many Challenges In Life: Poverty, Distress, Humiliation, The Struggle For Justice, Persecutions, The Difficulty Of Daily Conversion, The Effort To Remain Faithful To Our Call To Holiness, And Many Others. But If We Open The Door To Jesus And Allow Him To Be Part Of Our Lives, If We Share Our Joys And Sorrows With Him, Then We Will Experience The Peace And Joy That Only God, Who Is Infinite Love, Can Give.

Maybe It's A Little Crazy, But It's Good To Have It, But I Just Don't Like [prizes Or Honors].

Nurturing And Cherishing Creation Is A Command God Gives Not Only At The Beginning Of History, But To Each Of Us. It Is Part Of His Plan; It Means Causing The World To Grow Responsibly, Transforming It So That It May Be A Garden, A Habitable Place For Everyone.

A Credible Witness To Truth And To The Values Of The Gospel Is Urgently Needed.

If Priest Is Closed To Forgiveness, He Won't Receive It, Because He Locked The Door From The Inside. And What Remains Is To Pray For The Lord To Open That Door. To Forgive You Must Be Willing. But Not Everyone Can Receive Or Know How To Receive It, Or Are Just Not Willing To Receive It.

It Is My Hope That Inter-religious And Ecumenical Cooperation Will Demonstrate That Men And Women Do Not Have To Forsake Their Identity, Whether Ethnic Or Religious, In Order To Live In Harmony With Their Brothers And Sisters. If We Are Honest In Presenting Our Convictions, We Will Be Able To See More Clearly What We Hold In Common.
