And I Think You're Rude!" Or Anything Like That, And If We Don't Say It Out Loud, Maybe We Think It, But That's Stressful. The Moment I've Defended, In Any Way, I've Started The War.

So There's Only Transcendence In The Moment. Nobody Can Be Transcended Forever. That's Why I Say, "who Cares If You're Enlightened Forever?"

Depression, Pain, And Fear Are Gifts That Say, "sweetheart, Take A Look At Your Thinking In This Moment. You're Living In A Story That Isn't True For You." Living A Lie Is Always Stressful. And Investigating A Lie Through The Work Always Leads You Back To Who You Are. Who You Are Is Not An Option. You Are Love. It Hurts To Believe You're Other Than Who You Are, To Live Any Story Less Than Love.

When You're Comfortable And Secure, It's Not Enough. The Mind Doesn't Stop There Because It Has To Continue To Focus Itself As This Body, So It Moves To Pleasure. And Pleasure Really Is A Non-existent Thing. When We're Experiencing Pleasure, We're Trying To Hold Onto It As It Leaves, So It Really Isn't Pleasure. Pleasure Is Pain Because We're Grasping.

For Me, If Somebody Tells Me To Go Away, That Is An Opportunity For Me To Give Them A Better Life. And That's An Opportunity For Me To Know And Realize Where Not To Be. It's An Opportunity For Me To See What Could Be Better Than Being With That Person I Love.

I Used To Sleep On The Floor Next To The Bed, Because I Believed That I Didn't Even Deserve A Bed To Sleep In. And Then, One Morning, A Cockroach Crawled Onto My Leg. I Looked At It, And Suddenly I Awoke From A Kind Of Hypnotic Trance In Which I Had Been All My Life.

If I Had A Prayer, It Would Be This: "god, Spare Me From The Desire For Love, Approval, Or Appreciation. Amen."

You Don't Get To Vote On What Is. Have You Noticed?

The World Isn't What I've Believed It To Be, And I Am Not What I Believed Me To Be, And Neither Is Anyone.

Ultimately, I Am All I Can Know.

When You Stay Present With Your Children, That’s Where Abundance Is. And When You Stay Out Of Their Business, That’s Where Everything You Deserve In Life Is. When You’re In Presence, There’s No Story, And You Are Abundance. And You Come To Trust That Space So Often That You Just Eventually Hang Out As That, Because There Is Nothing That Can Move You Out Of It, Not Even A Perceived Child Or A Perceived Anything.

For Me, Everything Is God. Everything And Everyone. So It Was Just, God Needs Me Now, Now, Now.

Until You Can Love What Is - Everything, Including The Apparent Violence And Craziness - You're Separate From The World, And You'll See It As Dangerous And Frightening.

The World Is Nothing But My Perception Of It. I See Only Through Myself. I Hear Only Through The Filter Of My Story.

Just Because We Love Someone, We Begin To Notice That Love Is An Experience And We Have To Do Something With It. We Don't Have To Marry People Or Date Them Because We Care About Them Very Deeply. It's An Experience.

That's Huge: Just To Clean Up One Ecosystem.

The Only Thing You Fear Is The Unreality That You Yourself Have Invented.

If You Put Your Hand Into A Fire, Does Anyone Have To Tell You To Move It? Do You Have To Decide? No: When Your Hand Starts To Burn, It Moves. You Don’t Have To Direct It; The Hand Moves Itself. In The Same Way, Once You Understand, Through Inquiry, That An Untrue Thought Causes Suffering, You Move Away From It.

Lack Of Understanding Is Always Painful.

Hurt Feelings Or Discomfort Of Any Kind Cannot Be Cause By Another Person. No One Outside Me Can Hurt Me. That’s Not A Possibility. It’s Only When I Believe A Stressful Thought That I Get Hurt. And I’m The One Who’s Hurting Me By Believing What I Think. This Is Very Good News, Because It Means That I Don’t Have To Get Someone Else To Stop Hurting Me. I’m The One Who Can Stop Hurting Me. It’s Within My Power.

Freedom Is Our Birthright.

Each Time Your Mind Changes Your Whole World Is Changed.
